Your salon'sown bookingapp.
Haven puts your brand on both app stores, holds the chair with a deposit, and asks every guest to rebook before they leave.
Chairs sit empty when guests forget.
A deposit and two reminders keep the slot paid for.
The phone runs the front desk.
Guests book themselves, most of them after closing.
Guests drift to whoever they see first.
Your salon sits on their home screen instead.
Everything a guest needs, in one place.

We stopped taking bookings on the phone in the first month. The deposits alone covered what we pay for it.
Marchetti Hair · Leeds
Guests book at eleven at night now. That was never going to happen while it went through the front desk.
Studio Vale · Bristol
Our rebooking rate moved because the app asks before they get out of the chair. Nobody on my team has to.

Questions
Is the app really branded to us?
Yes. Your name, logo, colours and type go through the whole app and both store listings. Haven is not mentioned anywhere a guest can see.
How long does it take to launch?
Four to six weeks from the first call. Two of those are usually store review, which we handle and chase for you.
Who owns the app store listing?
You do. It is published under your own Apple and Google developer accounts, so the listing, the reviews and the downloads stay with your salon.
Can we bring our existing client list?
We import names, contact details, visit history and formula notes from a spreadsheet or from most salon systems. We do a test import first so you can check it.
Do we need new hardware?
No. The salon side runs in a browser on the computer or tablet you already have. Card payments use your existing provider.
How long is the contract?
Twelve months to start, then monthly. If you leave, you keep the store listing and we export your client records in a readable format.
See it with your own services in it.
A walkthrough takes thirty minutes. We load a few of your services and one stylist first, so you are looking at your salon rather than a demo account.
